Simply Put has been made aware of a number of instances in which the Snap Handle for the Pullout Waste Bins* has become disengaged from the wire cage upon use.

Please be aware that this is a known issue and we are working toward resolving it. Be sure to include your name, email and shipping address so we can fulfill your request promptly.
